Shipping & Returns
- All shipping in Australia is currently free. However all parcels will require a signature on delivery.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will be notified via email which will include your tracking info.
- If there is no-one to sign for your parcel and you have not marked that your happy for it to be left unattended, it will then be taken to a courier depot or Australia Post outlet and you will receive a card with details of your collection point.
- Delivery times within Australia will vary depending on your location. All orders are dispatched within 2 weeks.
- Were sorry that we can’t guarantee your parcel will arrive within a set time frame.
- Once your order has been shipped a tracking number will be sent to you.
- All deliveries must be signed for. Please ensure someone will be able to sign for delivery
- There are options for international freight, we now offer flat rate shipping of prints to the U.S and Britain of $50 AUD.
- Freight for large artworks, require quotes. Before purchasing your item, please contact us at email@example.com
- For international shipping we use either Australia Post, or DHL couriers depending on the size of your item
- Unfortunately we cannot be held financially responsible for any additional local customs and duties on your order
- If an order is refused by a destination country, by no fault of our own, we hold no financial responsibility for any additional shipping expenses or costs incurred as a result.
- The purchaser holds responsibility for tracking the shipment. Failure to collect your shipment from a designated outlet may result in your parcel being returned to us. In which case, it is the financial responsibility of the purchaser to arrange shipping for the item.
Can I cancel or change my mind?
Thank you for shopping with us, please take your time whilst checking out via our website. I’m confident that once you receive you original piece of art or high quality limited edition print, you will be in love, because although online shopping is amazing, they are even better in the flesh!!
However we are sorry, once your order has been placed we cannot edit, change or cancel it
Please note all orders are hand made to order.
- If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind - I will only refund or exchange if the product is damaged during transit.
- Please note I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender.
- We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind
- All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the industrial tubes or packaging. Your print is very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer. Any creases or imperfections are not the responsibility of Vynka’s Art
- Any items being returned remain property of the purchaser until received by Vynka’s Art, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately
- Vynka’s Art will not be held liable for any items damaged in return transit to us
- Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping
