How is it packed?

We hand pack and wrap all artwork and prints to the highest standards, so that it arrives on your doorstep quickly and safely with a signature on delivery. We use quality tubes for prints and custom made boxes for the original pieces.


Can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped you will receive a notification advising you of your tracking number along with the freight provider details.


How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location. But we do our best to get it to you as quickly as possible. Dispatch can take up to 10 days.


Do you ship internationally?

There are options for international freight, we now offer flat rate shipping of prints to the U.S and Britain of $50 AUD. If you would like to know more about shipping original paintings please contact us at vynkas.art@hotmail.com and we can give you a quote or text your enquiry via my stores chat. 


Changes & Cancellations

Thank you for shopping with us, please take your time whilst checking out via our website. Once your order has been placed we cannot edit, change or cancel.

Please note all orders are made to order.

If you receive a damaged parcel please take photos, keep the parcel and contact us within 24 hours of receiving your delivery. Any time after this will not be considered. Goods cannot be refunded or exchanged due to change of mind - I will only refund or exchange if the product is damaged during transit.

Please note I do not cover the costs for redelivery if there happens to be a return to sender. 

  • We do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind

  • All prints are handled with the utmost care when being placed into the industrial tubes or packaging. Your print is very delicate and should only be removed from the packaging by a professional framer. Any creases or imperfections are not the responsibility of Vynka’s Art  

  • Any items being returned remain property of the purchaser until received by Vynka’s Art, so please ensure you package your return items appropriately

  • Vynka’s Art will not be held liable for any items damaged in return transit to us

  • Please note, we are unable to refund or credit the cost of shipping
